Self Service

The existing Online Seminar platform is full-service: customers are assisted during the entire process, from planning a webinar to editing the ondemand recording if needed. To present (new) clients with an alternative option, the Self Service project was started. Like the name implies, clients are responsible for everything themselves, but at a more favorable price point. The application has to be easy to use, but useful information and tips are available.

We started the design phase of this project making wireframes. Together with an external designer, we defined the initial look and feel of the application. After which I further designed and refined the different pages. The development was done by an external development team.
